Cauchy

Cauchy (12 km) is a small circular crater located on the dark basalt of Mare Tranquillitatis. The crater lies bewteen a 210 km rille called Rima Cauchy (LHS) and a 120 km scarp called Rupes Cauchy. There are a number of volcanic domes in this region.
