Sinus Iridum
VTM E3 | Rukl-10
The illumination from West of centre reveals a number of the craterlets scattered across Sinus Iridum; most of the wrinkle ridges have vanished due to their low profile. The two largest craterlets within the bay have diameters in the range of 3-4 km. The two craters on the West (left) side are Sharp (40 km) and Sharp A (17 km) - an unnamed rille runs between the pair. Craters Helicon (25 km) and le Verrier (20 km) lie on Mare Imbrium at the bottom RH corner.
